Return Policy
At Bitsync Digital, we are committed to providing high-quality new and refurbished IT equipment. However, if you receive an item with a fault within 30 days of purchase, you can request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). To initiate a return, please follow the guidelines outlined below.
Wrong, Missing, or Faulty Items
If the product you receive does not match your order, is faulty, or has missing parts, you must submit a complaint within 72 hours of delivery. Please include clear photographs as evidence of the error.
- If the error is on our end, we will cover the shipping costs for the return.
- If the product was delivered to the wrong address, notify us immediately. We will send replacements to the correct address and arrange for collection from the incorrect address.
Cancellations - If you cancel your order before it is dispatched, you will receive a full refund with no additional charges. If we have already dispatched the product, we will arrange to collect it at no cost to you. However, if you cancel after receiving the goods, you may incur a restocking fee of 50%.
How to Return Goods
To return an item, ensure you return the complete package, including the manufacturer’s box, cables, manuals, and any other components. If returning refurbished or bulk items, package them securely to avoid damage during transit. Damage caused by improper packaging is not covered by Bitsync Digital. Contact our Returns Team to organize the delivery or collection of your goods.
Returning Opened Goods
If you return goods that have been opened but are not faulty, a full refund may be offered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Bitsync Digital. A restocking fee of up to 50% may be applied, depending on the circumstances.
Incorrect Orders
If you ordered the wrong product, contact us immediately for cancellation. If you cancel after receiving the product, a 50% restocking fee will apply, and you will be responsible for return shipping costs.
Courier Incidents
Bitsync Digital is not responsible for damage caused by couriers during transit. Ensure that all returned items are properly packaged to avoid damage.
