Shipping Policy

If you have questions about delivery, contact our Customer Support team at 020 8396 6933. To check your order status, log into your account on our website. We offer free delivery for DATA MEDIA orders over £250 (excluding Tax). For orders under £250, a standard delivery fee applies, regardless of weight or value. Additional fees apply for international orders, depending on location.

Delivery Schedule and Delays

We aim to dispatch products by the agreed date but are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as transportation issues or manufacturer delays. If a delay occurs, we will contact you to inform you of the new estimated delivery time. As a Consumer, you have the right to cancel the order if the new delivery date is unacceptable. Business Customers may cancel if we cannot deliver within 30 days of the original delivery date. To cancel, Business Customers must send a written notice after the 30-day period but before the products are shipped or notified as ready for delivery.

Reporting Damage or Shortages

Business Customers must report delivery shortages or damage in writing within 48 hours of receiving the delivery. Consumers should report any issues within a reasonable time after discovering them. Business Customers must accept delivery within normal working hours when products are ready for dispatch.

Risk and Title

The risk in the products passes to the Customer upon delivery to the designated carrier. If the Customer cannot accept delivery, or if delivery is delayed due to the Customer’s lack of instructions or other issues, the risk transfers once delivery is attempted. If delivery is refused, the products will be stored, and the Customer will be liable for related costs. Title to the products passes to the Customer once payment is received in full.

Options for Missed Deliveries

If you cannot accept delivery, we may:

  • Store and insure the products at your expense and risk.
  • Sell the products at the best possible price, and after deducting storage and other costs, refund the difference to you, or charge you for any shortfall.
  • Re-arrange delivery, with additional delivery costs charged to you.
Proof of Delivery

Customers may request proof of delivery within three months of the delivery date. We will make reasonable efforts to provide it. After three months, delivery is considered completed. Upon delivery, you will be asked to sign a proof of delivery. It is your responsibility to ensure the number of packages matches the delivery note and to note any discrepancies or visible damage on the proof of delivery.

Delivery Options
  • Standard Delivery: Receive your complete order within 1-2 days after all items are in stock.
  • Same-Day Delivery: Receive your in-stock order on the same day if placed before 4:00 PM EST.
  • Part Shipping: If items in your order have different lead times, you can request separate deliveries, with additional costs for each delivery above the standard.
  • Shipping to Various Locations: If you want items shipped to multiple locations, we can arrange this after security checks and additional costs are covered.
Shipping Partners

We use Federal Express or UPS for shipping. Once dispatched, orders should arrive within two days. We reserve the right to choose the delivery method at our discretion. Note that DHL does not deliver on weekends, so orders placed on Friday will be delivered the following business day, provided the products are in stock at our warehouse.
