If you cancel or change an order, contact our customer service team. If the ordered product is faulty, damaged in transit, or out of stock, a full refund will be issued within seven working days.

Warranties and Returns

Bitsync Digital offers a 12-month warranty on products unless otherwise stated. Returns must be approved and made within seven days of delivery. A handling fee of 25% of the sale price may apply. Defective products can be returned for a full refund or replacement if returned within seven days of delivery. A “no charge” collection, repair, and delivery service is available for faulty products reported within seven days of delivery. All returns require an RMA number obtained from customer support. Do not deface the manufacturer’s packaging, and ensure adequate packaging during transit.

Prices

All prices are exclusive of applicable sales taxes, which are the customer’s responsibility. Bitsync Digital reserves the right to increase prices due to changes in specifications, customer instructions, or delays. We will confirm order receipt, acceptance, and dispatch via email.
